ABOUT US
A Legacy of Service. A Tradition of Trust.
A New Chapter.
Since 1999, Davidsen’s Pier Service & Sales has proudly served the lake community with a commitment to quality, dependable service, and lasting relationships. What began with a few turning bars, wrenches, sets of waders, and a single truck has grown into a trusted name in waterfront services. Today, our hardworking crews install and remove more than 6,400 sections of piers and 680 boat lifts each season!
Our success has been built on something we value tremendously—the trust of our customers. Much of our business comes from word-of-mouth referrals, neighbors recommending neighbors, and families who have counted on us year after year. That loyalty is something we never take for granted.
New Ownership. Same Trusted Tradition.
As Davidsen’s Pier Service & Sales begins an exciting new chapter, we are pleased to welcome Bob and Sandy Magley as the company's new owners. As a lifelong lake resident, Bob understands firsthand what makes life on the water so special and the importance of having a dependable team you can trust to care for your waterfront.
Bob and Sandy are committed to preserving the values, personal relationships, and exceptional service that have defined Davidsen’s for more than 25 years. Their goal is simple: honor the company's traditions while continuing to build on its strong foundation for generations to come.
And while ownership may be changing, the familiar faces and experience our customers have come to rely on aren't going anywhere.
Founder David Davidsen will remain with the company as an advisor, while his wife, Shanna, will continue her familiar role in the office.
Their continued involvement ensures that the knowledge, dedication, and personal touch behind Davidsen’s remain an important part of its future.
At the heart of everything we do is one simple belief: Your time at the lake is precious. It should be spent relaxing, enjoying the water, and making memories with the people who matter most—not worrying about your pier or boat lift.
From our family to yours, thank you for trusting Davidsen’s with your waterfront. Whether you've been with us for decades or are just beginning your lake life, we look forward to serving you for many seasons to come.
